| This song is for all the children And for those who never made it home Our prayers go out to find them Wherever their hearts may roam Little children so innocent That were taken from their moms and dads And the brothers and the sisters All joyful hearts turn sad A message for all the parents Big brothers and sisters too We must watch our loved ones closer A commitment we all must do In the playgrounds or the schoolyards In a moment they could be gone When it comes down to them being safe It's us they depend upon It's a fact, it happens everyday But there's something that we all can do We must watch our loved ones closer Hear the warning that I'm telling you Cause there's people that prey upon children In our so called human race And if were not gonna watch our loved ones Tell me who's gonna take our place So lets sing out across America For the whole wide world to hear Cause there's still a lot of missing children Somewhere still out there Let's bring them home, let's say a prayer Let it come from your heart with love And together we can make a difference You and me, and the man above These last few words I'm singing Is for the people who have no heart People that take our children And tear our world apart For what they do is very wrong And some day they'll pay Rest assured that in the end There will come a judgement day |
